💥 I’m Starting 75 Hard Again — And This Time, You’re Invited

On 5th September 2025, I’m starting something big—and this time, I’m not doing it alone.

You may have heard of 75 Hard—the mental toughness challenge that’s as much about discipline and mindset as it is about movement and meals. I started the challenge earlier this year, and I was really starting to feel the benefits… until life threw me a curveball: emergency spinal surgery.

💥 From Setback to Surge

At Day 14, things changed. A long-standing issue with my spine flared up suddenly, landing me in hospital and forcing me to put recovery ahead of momentum.

It was frustrating. But it also gave me something powerful—clarity.

Clarity about what I want, who I want to be, and how I want to show up for my clients, my business, and myself.

Now, after months of recovery and the all-clear to return to exercise, I’m back. And I’m more committed than ever to showing up with focus, fire, and purpose.

That’s exactly what you want in your coach, right?

🧠 What is 75 Hard?

75 Hard is not a fitness challenge—though yes, you’ll likely get fitter. It’s a mental toughness and personal discipline challenge designed to help you build confidence, self-respect, and resilience through daily, uncompromising action.

Every day for 75 days, you commit to:

  • Two 45-minute workouts (one must be outdoors—rain, hail or shine)

  • Reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book (no audiobooks!)

  • Drinking 1 gallon (3.8L) of water

  • Following a diet (you choose—mine is 2,000 calories/day with no processed food)

  • Taking a daily progress photo

Miss one item, and you start again from Day 1. No exceptions.

It’s not about punishment—it’s about proving to yourself what you’re capable of with consistency and intention.

💪 Why I’m Doing It Again (And Why It Matters for You)

When I started this challenge in May, I felt the shift by Day 5. More clarity. More energy. Better mood. Clearer thinking.

But that wasn’t a failure—it was a pause. And now, I’m hitting play again.

This time, I’m doing it with an even deeper commitment:

🧭 To unlock next-level energy and focus for me and my clients

🧭 To deliver on my new business offering (I’ve just put my prices up)

🧭 To develop a 75 Hard x Strengths Profile coaching framework for others
